Northcoast village is in between the harbor and the pier. The complex is on the beach no
crosswalks or streets to cross just walk out of the complex on to the beach. You are 10 min complex has no central ac I do have many fans and 2 portable coolers for each room.

Granite counters in kitchen & bath, 50 in plasma Smart TV in family room and separate tv in master bedroom FREE HBO Channels, and, wood floors, beautiful ocean views and pool view, boogie boards, skin boards, towels, umbrella, chairs, sand toys, leather sofa which has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Table with 4 chairs, refrig with water & ice maker microwave, stove & oven.
The complex does not have or allowed central ac I do have 2 portable coolers and many fans and ceiling fans with an ocean breeze for summer. Cold nights beautiful fireplace and 2 wall heaters.

All the pictures in the listing are accurate. Nice view of the ocean from the Balcony. The place was comfortable and the host was so accommodating and provided great communication. Side note, about 30 feet outside the front door is a large outdoor patio with a large round table and chairs (community use). We enjoyed the sunset while sharing a meal that we made in the unit. So much more relaxing than staying in a hotel room and having to run out and get food. Short walk to the beach/ocean/waterfront walk. and the pool and hot tub are right below. Parking was simple and close. We will be staying here again. Thank you!

Host is very reponsive and accomodating, truly offering a first class stay. We really love North Coast Village. The location by beach and harbor is excellant. The pool is outstanding. The grounds are kept very clean and beautiful and seurity is terrific. This condo has updated kitchen and very nice leather couchs. The bed is VERY comfortable. Host offers beach chairs and towels to borrow. Great stay!

The grounds and amenities were unbelievable! The location was perfect, right there on the beach! The condo was so comfortable! The host had everything we could have asked for! The condo is so close to the pool. We will be back!
