About this apartment rental
This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking. Most importantly, the private oceanfront balcony for this unit may be completely inaccessible or blocked during portions of your stay.
King in master, 2 twins, 3 TVs. This 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront second floor condo has all of the comforts of home, and a beautiful view of the ocean!
This unit is not updated but has comfortable seating in the living and dining room and a nice size TV. The main attraction for this view is the view! There are TV's in the bedrooms as well.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided

Unit was located on the 2nd floor. Just a few steps from the parking lot, pool, and beach. The view was spectacular from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Unit is an older unit, could use an upgrade and a thorough cleaning, WD-40 on the sliding doors. I travel with my mattress pad, pillows, and quilt, plastic cups/plates not to make a mess and be very respectful of the property. Communication with the host was amazing. Very attentive to my messages. Answered all of my thousand questions and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We love Hacienda del Sol II. We have stay many times over the years and in different units. This was an ocean front so it offered a great view. The unit is definitely an older unit and could use some upgrades in the kitchen and bath areas but we had a great time.
