Immaculate and tastefully decorated 3 BR/2.5 bath Sea Woods home (this is a house, not a condo or villa!) is just a short stroll to the beach! VRBO says 10 min walk, but using neighborhood path it is a .25 mile/5 min walk. This one level home, sleeps six and has been newly remodeled, with a large screened lanai.
Home features a split design, providing optimal privacy. On one side, you'll find a spacious King Master bedroom with an attached master bath. On the other side, there is a Queen bedroom, a Twin 2 bed/bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and an additional half bath for convenience. The home also has a full size washer and dryer and an oversized two car garage, with beach bikes, boogie boards, pickleball set, and beach chairs/ umbrellas.
For those who love to cook, the home boasts an oversized kitchen with a central island and top-notch cooking amenities. The expansive family room is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a dual zone wine refrigerator, two large and comfortable full-size sofas, and bar top with seating for four.
The family room connects to the outdoor living space through french doors and sliders. The Pottery Barn styled lanai offers extra living space and a dining area, allowing for enjoyable meals amidst the private wooded ambiance. A gas grill is also provided.
A wooded path, accessed from the back of the home, takes you straight to the beach- just a short, two block walk (Again, .25 miles- 5 min walk)

Great property and location! Hosts were very responsive when I had questions. The property was spacious and very clean. Loved the back screened porch and amenities of the development. The one level access and large garage were perfect for my needs. My hosts even provided a new bike at the mid-point of my stay when an older bike became unusable!

Another wonderful stay in NSB and this home made it particularly nice. It is ideally located just a short walk to the beach in a community that boasts multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts and shuffleboard, all connected with a walking path. The home itself was spotless clean when we arrived. It is furnished comfortably throughout and, even though it has ample room, it has a homey feel to it that you don't often get in a vacation rental. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of table ware, flat ware, cups and glasses and there were pots, pans and bakeware to satisfy any cook.
We will certainly stay here again if given a chance.
