About this house rental
Two side-by-side units, each with two bedrooms and a loft with a futon and two full bathrooms. Units can also be rented separately (visit my other listings, Happy Hours I and Happy Hours II, formire details), but they are more fun when you and a friend rent them together! Or, perfect for two families traveling together, two couples, or extended families. Price includes both units. Each unit sleeps 6 people for a total occupancy of 12 people. The units are not connected but their front doors are steps apart and share the same sidewalk. Happy Hours I includes a screened in lanai overlooking the pool and bonus bunkbeds upstairs. Happy Hours II has an updated kitchen and a spa-like shower upstairs. The units are part of a small 14-unit community with one shared pool. The beach is directly across the street -- just a 3-minute walk to toes-in the sand on our beautiful no-drive beach. A shopping plaza with a grocery store, bar and liquor store, and three restaurants is just a few blocks away.

We had an enjoyable family vacation at Happy Hours I and II. It was spacious, well stocked, close to the beach, and the pool was nice. The board games, beach towels and coolers on site were convenient and appreciated. Highly recommended for a large group or family stay.

Couldn't have asked for better. I'll never stay in pcb again. This was amazing. Suited 2 families of 5 just perfect. Beach was very close. Totally in love with this set up.

Val was soo amazing! She helped adjust our dates due to airline issues, responded super quick, and was so accommodating! Anytime I reached out she was so pleasant! I would definitely stay here again and again!!

We rented both units and they met all our needs great pool a d super easy walk to beach that was never crowded
