The primary suite has a soft king bed, 32" TV with Roku and cable, and plenty of closet space for personals. Adjoining the bedroom is a stunning bathroom with a subway-tiled shower and plenty of bath linens. Guests staying in the second bedroom will experience a similar stay as it also has a king bed, 32" TV, and a nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. My daughter and I came down to New Smyrna to visit my parents and my brother. We snatched up a last minute rental. It was perfect! We were steps from the pool and the beach. We loved being on the ground floor. We loved being on the non-driving part of the beach. The unit was welcoming and had everything you could ever need. We will probably be back for Thanksgiving week. I sure hope this unit is available then!

Beautifully renovated condo. Perfect location to pool and beach. You are able to see the beach while sitting on the couch! Will rent again!
