A smart TV offers entertainment, while a charming table for four provides the perfect spot for board games or morning coffee. Bedroom #4 includes a twin size bed, a twin size trundle bed, a kids play area with toys, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a soaking tub.
This home also includes two full bathrooms, each with a single vanity and and one with a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
• Stairs required.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras; (1) located at the front of the home and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry, (3) located on a tree in the yard facing the front of the home.
• Amenities for Lake Tahoe Park Association are only available from May 1 - Nov 1.
• The right side of the home is rentable only. No one else will be onsite during guest stays.
