About this house rental
This Lake Tahoe view duplex is an excellent choice for your action-packed vacation or a relaxing retreat.
Enter the home on the top floor and be charmed by the spacious great room. You'll enjoy high vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, modern furnishings, and a top-of-the-line custom kitchen, all while taking in the gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from the main balcony.
The second floor features three bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, double vanity, and a separate water closet with a bathtub and shower combo. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bath with a bathtub and shower combo. For convenience, a stackable full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in an alcove in the shared bath. Both the primary suite and the second bedroom offer fabulous views facing the lake.
The third floor (ground level) is perfect for kids! It is equipped with a twin bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, and a pool table, accommodating up to four children.
Please note that this home shares a wall with the neighboring unit, which is currently a second home for a couple.
Take advantage of the Tahoe Park HOA benefits during the summer months, which include private beach access and amenities such as volleyball, basketball, a play area, and BBQs on the shores of Lake Tahoe! Kids can also enjoy a thrilling sledding hill just steps from the home.

Wonderful location with great views of Lake Tahoe from deck and bedrooms!Easy access to restaurants and activities in Tahoe City.Well-equipped kitchen, and very comfortable living area for TV time. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck while watching the area wake up.Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house with great views of the lake! It does get very hot in the summer, and like most Tahoe homes there is not central AC. The only downside with this home was that many of the windows open up at the bottom rather then from the top, which made us concerned about our dogs staying with us.
