We came to Tahoe for a family ski trip to Palisades. The location and set up of the house was perfect for the trip. Close enough to everything in town as well as a nice drive to heavenly area. The house was equipped with everything we could’ve needed.

Great house that is very spacious and well maintained. Hot tub was in perfect condition and clean. Very nice to have 5 full bedrooms with individual bathrooms. FYI, the rental group does not provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash in any of the bathrooms - which was pretty frustrating for a house of this size and price, especially since we were not aware of this ahead of time. Overall great place to stay.

Our stay offered stunning views and spacious accommodations, but a mixed bag of experiences left us with varied impressions. The place boasted overall cleanliness, yet an arachnid presence—three spiders on the first day and two more in the following days—in one room and a restroom added an unexpected twist. Wouldnt be suprised if there were more. Didnt mention to my friends as I didnt want scare them. One notable downside was the lack of insulation, rendering the space virtually soundproof-less. Conversations from the first floor resonated effortlessly to the second floor. The beds were disappointingly uncomfortable, contributing to a less-than-restful night's sleep. The couch, showing signs of age and dirt, even had a bug encounter on the first night. In the kitchen, some cookware exhibited signs of rust, and the dishwasher didn't convey the highest standards of cleanliness. However, the redeeming feature was the hot tub, which proved to be a delightful addition that our group thoroughly enjoyed. The practical amenities fell a little short. Insufficient supplies of paper towels(2 rolls) and toilet paper (2 in each restroom for 5 days) presented an inconvenience, requiring us to purchase more. Despite the challenges, we managed to have a good time, thanks in part to the enjoyable hot tub experience. Nonetheless, considering the various issues encountered, we are unlikely to choose this particular VRBO for future stays.

We had a family of 12 with ages from 7 months to 72 years old. Everyone had a comfortable room and space to be together but also have quiet time when needed. It was a short drive down to the private beach area. I believe the access passes get in a total of 12 now (six for each pass) the beach wasn’t user friendly for our group because it is very small due to high water levels and it’s all pebble rock. Not jagged or sharp, but you needed sturdy water shoes for it to not hurt your feet. Sunny side cafe was great for a nice dinner and drinks. Positives: every room had its own bathroom. The game room had fun games that we enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 12 several times. Nicely laid out and well stocked. The deck was great. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and we used the grill and it was perfect. There are a few different views if the lake all from the deck that are just gorgeous. Negatives: as mentioned the beach situation all over Tahoe is a little tricky for big groups. There weee a few things that needed repair but I communicated it to the host and they responded that they’d address them immediately for the next renter so probably all fixed by now. We found the pillows to be a little uncomfortable. Maybe just older pillows or maybe we are just babies 😂. Last thing is similar to most vrbo’s. The actual house looks a little more worn than the pics. I suppose to be expected because it’s not uncommon. Overall, trip was amazing

We were pleasantly surprised at every turn with the house, the views, and the neighborhood. Checking in and checking out were so smooth. There's more than enough room with two living areas and a spacious deck. I like the way that the bedrooms are split on 3 different levels, so my senior parents didn't have to go up and down stairs to get to their rooms. Definitely take advantage of the Tahoe Park access. It's a lovely beach.
