About this villa rental
Villa La Pergola is an authentic private villa in Tuscany, very close to the Etruscan town of Cortona. La Pergola is situated in a cosy village consisting of two other villas each with private swimming pool. The patio, decorated with elegant garden furniture, has a scenic view over the well-manicured garden with pool and private parking. From the parking lot one enters to the large and bright living room with comfortable sofas and fully equipped modern kitchen. On the ground floor is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. A beautiful staircase with wrought iron handrail leads to first floor where guests will find 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The attic hosts a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. All the windows offer a spectacular view to the Chiana Valley and are equipped with mosquito nets and all rooms dispose of air-conditioning. Outside at guests's disposal: wood oven, barbecue and private pool. A beautiful wrought iron pergola covered with a fragrant jasmine is the backdrop to this beautiful country house. Cortona is just 5 kilometers away and only 2 kilometers from the villa are the major supermarkets and other basic shops. Villa La Pergola is for all those who want to spend a holiday in Tuscany in an excellent quality villa and equipped with every modern comfort. Ideal for families or couples.

High on the hills overlooking Valle di Chiana and historic hill town Cortona, the view is spectacular. Facing west, the sun is best in afternoon and evening. As it was April, we didn’t use the pool which is tucked into the hillside behind the house..
It suited our needs as a big extended family.
