James and Janine are AMAZING humans!! I love staying here and proposed to my girlfriend on this trip (she was VERY surprised AND said yes 🙂) Janine, after the proposal, presented my fiancé with a personal gift. Just remarkable service and kindness. A+++++

Our family absolutely loved our stay with Rustic River! We stayed in cabin 5 Indian Trails and it was perfect for our family of 4 and pup. We were greeted by James when we pulled up who is an incredibly kind host and he made our trip so enjoyable. The homemade cookies to celebrate the property's 80th anniversary was a very sweet gesture that we all loved, especially the dog treats! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy! We loved how cozy the cabin felt and loved being so close to downtown. The hot tub was perfect and so much fun to relax and look at the stars. The trail behind the property was a fun sidequest, definitely an incline but the views were absolutely worth it and I would recommend taking the time to hike it as well. I loved the lights along the walkway to the river, which was a wonderful touch. Yes, it’s near a busy road but that’s not a deal breaker, this property is definitely worth checking out. We will absolutely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks again Rustic River for a wonderful getaway for our family!!
