One of Folly’s Best! Five Palms is a riverfront condo located in the Mariner’s Cay community. Enjoy the views of boaters and dolphins on the Folly River right from your porch. Mariner’s Cay is a private community that provides guest access to a pool and tennis courts. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is the perfect spot for four guests looking for a Lowcountry getaway. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.
This spacious condo is two stories. The first floor features a living room with cozy furniture and a TV with streaming services. The kitchen is stocked with appliances to make your favorite dishes and the dishwasher adds ease to your vacation. Gather at the dining table or on nice evenings, dine on the screened-in porch. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a king bed and two twins. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub combos. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the river. There is an in-unit washer/dryer.
Five Palms is on the second floor of an elevated building. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. There is provided parking for 1 car and 1 gate access card. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. Five Palms is not pet-friendly. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. The condo was wonderful nicely stopped and a wonderful View we did not use the pool or Marina but had very easy access to Folly Beach and spent the days on the beach. Very easy Drive to Charleston amd Mt Pleasant for nice evening dinners out.

The location is great for accessing the beach, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the porch and view. The boat dock on the Folly River with dolphins swimming by now and then. Egrets fishing along the edge and boat tailed grackles fussing in the five palms. The interior of the condo is functional and was clean and well stocked. We had concern about the integrity of interior steps. The condo could use updating.
