About this house rental
EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION in the middle of nature in the middle of the pine trees. A wonder for the eyes, tranquility and rest guaranteed for your family, far from the hustle and bustle of the port and the city center.
La QUINTEFEUILLE is 2 houses ideally located at the end of the Cap de la Vigie, in the middle of nature.
A haven of peace, a tropical paradise with superb views, the T3 on the creeks of La Vigie and Cap Lardier, the T4 on the islands of Gold, Levant and Port Cros.
The T4 has been classified 3* by the prefecture since February 2012, renewal of the classification in February 2017 and March 2022.
The houses have their own independent entrance and private terraces. Only the garden of 1700m2 is to be shared.
The garden with trees, flowers and shade thanks to pines, strawberry trees, cork oaks and mimosas, will bring you freshness and tranquility.
The parking lots are independent.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. PRM
La Quintefeuille T4 3* is a charming villa, renovated and maintained every year, offering a pleasant stay opening onto a large paved terrace with a breathtaking view of the Golden Islands.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjoining the living room.
A few steps down and you arrive at the rooms:
Bedroom 1 is equipped with three 90x190 beds, two of which can be hung up making a large xxl bed.
A first shower room, with separate toilet, has a double sink and a large shower with glass doors.
A hallway leads to bedrooms 2 and 3
Bedroom 2 has a 160x200 bed, possibility as a free option to add a 120x60 wooden cot.
Bedroom 3 has a 140x190 bed.
The second shower room at the end of the hallway has shower, WC and sink.
Double glazing throughout the house.
A 400L composter is set up for the 2 houses to recover green waste, kitchen waste.
What to compost:
Vegetable and fruit peelings, crushed eggshells, coffee grounds, tea, tea bags, leftovers, vegetables, pasta, rice, EXCEPT FISH, MEAT AND BONES, DAIRY PRODUCTS, CHEESE, BREAD .
Paper towels, paper towels
Weeds, dead leaves, wilted flowers.
500 MBIT FIBRE INTERNET access
Bed linen and towels can be rented ON REQUEST.
New rental procedure and new rates:
Per week, 30€ will be requested per person, including the preparation of beds with duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases + 1 set of PM+GM towels
Linen will be changed every week if occupied for more than a week.
Air conditioning has been installed since August 2022 at Quintefeuille T4.
Heating to be adjusted according to meter reading in cold periods.

This is our second year in a row staying here. We extended our stay to 3 weeks and almost wish it was longer. A more perfect location can hardly be found. The convenience is perfect. The accommodations are great. The owners family Duvillard couldn’t be more kind and supportive. They check in while you’re there to make sure all is well. The ‘manager’ who assured you have what you need, Hafida, is also a match to the owners. Whatever you need, they are there to make things convenient. We hope to come back! Truly a place we love.

We spent a week on the beautiful home of Mme Duvillard and enjoyed every moment. The home is on the outskirts of Cavalaire-sur-Mer overlooking the Cote d‘Azur, everything we needed was there and the checkin and communication with the host were perfect. The area and the nearby beaches are super nice and not too touristy. Excellent piano for our kids to keep their piano practice up to date. Overall we had a wonderful vacation in a very comfortable home, highly recommended.

Very nice house with all you need. It has an amazing view, enough parking space and all equipment inside the house which you normally need in your vacation. It is a quiet location at the end of a small road, but not far from Cavalaire centre. We can recommend it and provide 5 stars for all other aspects, such as communication, pictures and the video so that you get a perfect impression. The support from the owner and the local lady giving all information you need, was great. We will come back.

To say we loved this home is an understatement. It was a perfect fit for the 4 of us. Just close enough to Nice airport. Just far enough away from tourist bustle. The home is very comfortable, wonderfully located, and well equipped. We got great support from Sabine and her rep Hafida. Not a hitch at all. We want to come back!
