L'emplacement et le calme

Quand je réserve une location pour une semaine, pour 2 adultes et un ado,je m'assure qu'il y ai dans le logement,une chambre séparée, une machine à laver et une place de parking. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'il y ai en fait une machine à laver partagée avec les autres appartements,avec plages horaires,la banquette du 3 ème couchage située dans la chambre même avec le lit parental,et une place de parking finalement non accessible avec une voiture de taille moyenne étant donné que la place de l appartement la bloquait. Nous nous sommes évidemment adapté ,mais il est peut être préférable pour les locataires de connaître ses détails à l' avance et de valider la location où pas de ne pas le découvrir sur place

bonne situation , mais possibilité d'améliorer le "confort" intérieur .

Logement propre et bien équipé .

Le canapé lit est pour une personne , avec une largeur de 90 cm ... La climatisation fonctionnait , mais ne se régulait pas ( 21 degrés à l'intérieur du logement , au moins 34 degrés à l'extérieur ) , la place pour la voiture dans la propriété n'a pas été disponible pendant les 5 premières nuits , pour cause d'une impossibilité d'accéder ( la voiture dans la rue , en contrebas de la propriété ), écoulement des eaux usées de l'appartement du dessus , passe dans un placard de la pièce de vie , sans isolation phonique .

Bon emplacement

L’emplacement, au calme sur les hauteurs de la ville. La plage de parking est un gros plus.

Les sols n’était pas propre, nous l’avions signalé quand même. Dommage qu’à ce prix là, il faut amener des draps et serviette quand même. C’est une location d’un appartement et pas un gîte !!! Nous revenons de voyager après un an et demi dans différents pays et ce petit détails n’est pas très reluisant

Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και με το παραπάνω. Επίσης υπήρχε σίδερο, πιστολάκι μαλλιών και απλώστρα για τα ρούχα. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό. Άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η Sabrina ήταν ευγενέστατη.

Μου φαίνεται ότι επειδή δεν είχε ξεκινήσει η σεζόν το σπίτι ήταν κλειστό για καιρό κι είχε έντονη μυρωδιά υγρασίας και κλεισούρας.
