Escape to this marvelous barndominium in picturesque southern Indiana. This rustic barndominium connects to a donkey barn with area to bring donkeys indoors. It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 3 couples and 9-10 children with 2 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full, and 3 bunk bed sets. Over 4,500 sq. ft. provide plenty of room for meals in the large gathering area, plus a garage for games like cornhole and activities such as riding trikes or playing with toys. Spacious covered front porch with a view of the paved area, providing a safe and convenient space for children’s activities.
Enjoy being on a farm yet having all modern amenities - full gourmet kitchen and modern bathrooms. Escape away from normal life to farm country where you have your own peaceful space on an active 40 acre farm of Mediterranean Miniature Donkeys! Staying at Donkeytown also gives you a beautiful 40 acres to explore with hiking, picnics, and fishing in our two fully stocked ponds. Bring your fishing poles or just enjoy sitting on the pier while drinking a cup of coffee or watching the sunset.
We are proud to be a breeder of Mediterranean Miniature Donkeys touted as the "most lovable animals on the planet." You can have as much or as little interaction with them as you desire. Feel free to hang out in barns and pastures with them and each day we close the gates and let a few free range on the farm. They'll be glad to hang out with you, are very social and want lots of hugs and kisses. You'll be able to say you "kissed ass at Donkeytown" when you leave. In addition, we have four free range goats, Willie, Waylon, Johnny, and June, plus two lambs, Pancho and Lefty, that will greet you daily!

We can now accommodate conferences for up to 40 people with meeting space when you add the Farmhouse, a 7 bedroom and 4.5 bath in the original 1884 farmhouse (see listing #2710662) and when you add the multigenerational barns, (see listing #2181263).
