This home was perfect for our stay. It is located just two short blocks from the renovated historic post office building where our event was held, which made it incredibly convenient. Communication with the owner was almost immediate and he was very accommodating. The house looked recently renovated and had everything we needed and more, including plenty of blankets and extra pillows. With two large family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, everyone had ample space to relax and spread out. We would absolutely rent this home again, or another property from this owner.

Very nice, clean, spacious house. Close to everything in downtown Franklin. Perfect for a family event. Host communicated very well. We did have some trouble with using the app to access front door. Host was very helpful through the process.

Perfect location and size for our family to gather. This house was by far the most well stocked with home comforts like hand soap in all the bathrooms, plenty of towels, and TP.

This house was perfect for our son’s wedding. Everyone had their own room. There was plenty of room for the groomsmen to play video games upstairs while a movie was played downstairs
