This is perhaps the best location and view in Kauai. The unit has a good floor plan and enough space for 3-4 people. As many reviews mention, the carpet and linoleum are stained and torn and need updating. Other than that, it is a wonderful place. If you keep curtains closed when windows are exposed by the sun, you can easily manage the temperature inside. Wonderful property management company as well!

This unit seems to be the best location on the property. Perhaps Princeville in general. I’d like to give it 5 stars, but the carpet needs to go. Just put in some tile. Why they would have carpet through out in any house, let alone a beach house, is very odd. Carpet is white to boot and the stains really show. Also feels bad walking around on it ...clammy kinda feel. Could use some cosmetic work on the inside. But for the price, location and views, I can look past that. At the very least get rid of the carpet . The 1970’s (80’s) are gone . Also for health and air quality. Otherwise .....staff was very efficient and the entire process pleasant. I’d definitely come back.
