The tastefully furnished apartment is in 1. OG of the front of the two houses of Dr. Ing. Gardener facility located. On 74m ² there are 3 rooms with separate kitchen and bathroom. The large bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and offers two single beds and a washing facility. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, armchairs and a cozy dining area. The large windows offer a magnificent view of the Tegernsee mountains, such as the Wallberg, Setzberg, Blankenstein and Risserkogel. An open fireplace provides comfort.
