We enjoyed the great views of the Alps, wonderful Bavarian restaurants nearby, and easy access to Munich. Our host was great; very helpful, and accommodating. We have told some friends we lived and worked in Munich with us (about a hundred years ago), and they seem to agree with our take on Talblick; a good way to reunite with Munich and reconnect with that Bavarian spirit that we all found so special.

Lovely location with great views and walkable to lake. Wonderful kitchen with nice appliances. One thing to note - although there are 2 bathrooms, only one has a toilet. Unit is on the third floor. The host lives in the downstairs/first floor unit and is available should anything arise. Also walkable to grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

De woning is mooi en hij ligt op een geweldige plek, tegenover het station van Gmund (in een uur sta je in het centrum van München), 10 minuten lopen van een zwemplek in het meer, vlakbij de bakker en de supermarkt en in een gebied met heel veel wandelingen.

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni mit unseren Kindern (4 und 1) in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön groß mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und See fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Sitzecke im Erker mit dem schönen Ausblick auf den Tegernsee. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und man findet alles was man so braucht. Die Lage ist auch toll! Man kann auch gut mit der Bahn anreisen und den Tegernsee, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Konditorei sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und man erhält bei Rückfragen vorab schnell eine Antwort.

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in traumhafter Umgebung! Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man so braucht inkl. tollem Ausblick aus dem Tegernsee. Bahnhof mit Bus- und Zuganbindung nur ca. 5 Minuten von der FeWo entfernt - sehr praktisch! Vielen Dank an Familie Perchermeier!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen (2 min. Fußweg zum Bahnhof). Da die Wohnung sich auf dem 2 OG befindet genießt hat man einen herrlichen Blick!!! Einfach der Hammer!! Die Unterkunft ist großzügig eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles was beschrieben wurde war auch vorhanden. Supermärkte (Rewe und Penny) waren zu Fuß in nur 5 min zu erreichen gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
