Spacious, comfy hotel near Tegernsee

Good location in the town of Bad Wiessee, near the ferry which we used to visit Christmas markets around the lake. Free parking at the hotel. Room was quite large and comfy, if a bit outdated, but served us very well for the night. Very large wrap-around balcony. Very warm in the room with the heaters running.

Since there is no staff on site, I wish response time on the booking.com app or whatsapp would be a little faster. We arrived early, and while we didn't expect to be able to check in yet, it would have been really nice to have gotten into the building to use a restroom or store luggage. Someone did write back eventually and told me we could even check in a little early, but it took 20-30 minutes to hear back and by that time we'd left our stuff in the car and gone elsewhere.

Nothing how can I like anything when I was even able to check in to my room?

There was no one to answer at the property for me to be able to check in. My money got taken from me and also I was not even allowed to enter the premises as there no one to answer the doorbell for 1.5 hour and due to extreme I had to be hospitalised what a rotten place this was when I decided to choose to stay

Good room. Online check in is long!

The room was big and had a good view from the side. It also was fairly clean. The heating worked well during winter time.

The check in process was really bad. We booked on the night and were outside waiting for a link to pay for the property in the rain. The staff were quite late to provide us with access. Online Check in like boarding a flight. Bit unnecessary.

Too expensive for the experience that I got

I took way too long for me to get the key's I think that if you are connected to a booking.com system, I shouldn't fill in two forms. In the end I needed to get the code by sms to get the keys Bed and pillow were way too soft. We left at 04:30 AM because we were both awake for hours.

Very disappointing experience!

1. I booked this place bc it had a small kitchen and i had to prepare some special food. The stove didn't work and the host took a long time to respond to my messages and DIDNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I didnt get what I paid for! 2. collecting the keys was cumbersome. The host assumed I had a German number and wanted to send me a SMS. He wouldn't communicate through whatsap. 3. the room carpet was stained and dirty. 4. We were supposed to receive a guest card to use the local bus and we didnt get this from the host. 4. In general, the host is not available, present or responsive to address questions and solve problems.

Die ganzen Mängel in dem Studio. Dusche - Abfluss verstopft, Kaffeemaschine unhygienisch, kommt gelbes Wasser mit Bröckchen heraus, unter der Spüle roch es nach Schimmel, die Eingangstür klappert im Schloss, vor dem Hauseingang nicht gestreut, kein Schnee geräumt, allgemein nicht sauber.

Wenig. Es gibt einen Schlüsseltresor, so dass man vor Ort ohne Personal.

Dreckig! Sehr dreckig! Keine Küchenhandtücher, dreckige Kaffemaschine, schmutziges Geschirr, versiffter Teppich mit Haaren und Felcken, harte Handtücher im Bad Schimmel am Brausekopf defekter Brausekopf kein Toilettenpapier / keine Seife Duchweg eine Vollkatastrophe! Eckelig!

Die Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Der nicht funktionierende TV und die Sauberkeit (schwarze lange Haare im Bett) waren nicht so wünschenswert. Außerdem wären beispielsweise Zahnputzbecher sowie eine Flasche Wasser, so wie wir es aus anderen Apartments kennen schön gewesen.

Das Stayfritz-Verhalten ist aus unserer Sicht unmöglich und wir würden das Apart-Hotel unseren Freunden nicht empfehlen.

Obwohl im Vorfeld bezahlt, bekamen wir die Zugangsdaten -wie von Stayfritz schriftlich für 16 Uhr angekündigt angekündigt- nicht. Wir standen also vor verschlossener Tür, auf mehrmaliges anrufen innerhalb einer Stunde hatte niemand reagiert. Der Checkin konnte also durch das Stayfritz-Verhalten nicht durchgeführt werden. Wir brachen dann das Warten ab. Dieses Verhalten gegenüber einem Kunden ist aus unserer Sicht unmöglich. Der Vorgang geht möglicherweise zum RA.

Tolle Lage, alles da was man braucht, unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Tolle Lage hinter dem Rathaus/Touristen-Information in Wiessee in dritter Reihe hinter der Hauptstraße. Dadurch sehr zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig. Gute Ausstattung zwischen gemütlich und praktisch. Man fühlt sich wohl und die Einrichtung ist gut nutzbar. Großes Duschbad, bequemes Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Studenten-Küche, Großer Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen - alles da, was 2 Personen für einen gerne auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist für den Tegernsee unschlagbar.

Alles super sehr gemütlich komme gerne wieder

Großes Zimmer, gut eingerichtete Küchenzeile, gemütlich, Balkon vorhanden schöne Sicht. Sehr schönes Badezimmer . Da wir kurzfristig gebucht hatten hatten wir länger keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Nach einem Telefonat mit einer netten Dame konnte aber alles geregelt werden, Zugang per Code.
