Private: large, beautiful garden 642 m2 (not fenced). Steep, narrow motor access to 200 m from the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 1.8 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop "Chernex, Sottex" 1.5 km, railway station "Sonzier" 750 m, lake Lac Léman 5.5 km.
