About this apartment rental
A light 3 bedroom apartment, for up to 6 guests. In a fantastic central location- close to the Louvre, the Pompidou and the Notre-Dame.
Situated on the 4th floor of the building, there is a lift up to the apartment entrance. The lift can occupy up to 8 people.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
A lovely bright space, with wooden floorboards and large windows, which provide access to the balcony beyond.
The room comprises of a dining table and chairs, a decorative fireplace with a monochrome tile surround and a seating area by the window. This includes a white sofa and wooden coffee table, with surrounding house plants and artwork on the walls. There is also a decorative piano and piano stool, plus a portable air conditioning unit — to keep you cool whilst you play.
BALCONY
The balcony can be accessed from the living area and has views to the surrounding area, including the roof tops of Paris. There is also a table and chairs for relaxing in the Parisian sunshine! You can also access the balcony from the kitchen and master bedroom.
KITCHEN
Through to the adjacent kitchen, which is contemporary in style, with artistic, geometric tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, boiler)you will need during your stay and there is a breakfast bar with bar stools as well.
MASTER BEDROOM
This minimalist bedroom includes a King-size double bed, a wardrobe and a desk with chair. Pretty lighting decorates the space. There is also an en suite bathroom.
EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom includes a basin, mirror and walk-in shower, tiled in stone and mosaic tiling.
SECOND BEDROOM
On the right of the entrance hall, is the second bedroom. This room includes a Queen-size double bed, desk with chair and bookshelves.
WC
There is a WC and basin for convenience, with bookshelves above.
THIRD BEDROOM
This bedroom is equipped with a double bed. It is decorated in with bright posters and a geometric mirror hangs on the wall. There is a wardrobe and 2 desks with accompanying chairs as well.
UTILITY CUPBOARD
There is a utility cupboard in the hallway, where you can find the washing machine.
BATHROOM
There is a further bathroom, with a basin and walk-in shower.

Many happy memories made, perfectly located for close evening breakfast, lunch, and dinners all just a few blocks away. Steps from the metro, grocery store, florist, pharmacy, post office, couldn't be more convenient location for families. We were 3 generations staying in one place and loved the unit, even with the heat in August, it was an ideal apartment for access to the entire city and every major and minor gem in Paris.
