About this house rental
Ideally located on the coast, 2 minutes from the GR 34, 2 km from the port of Dahouët and 4 km from the seaside resort of Val André and its 18-hole golf course, Cocoonr offers you this charming house with a small sea view to rent in Planguenoual.
Less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), it measures 61 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 23 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 900 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation, which is on one level, is composed as follows:
- A 23 m² living room with TV area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 900 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in a peaceful setting. The Treutran district, which is very close to the sea, is a quiet hamlet straddling Port Morvan and the Cotentin peninsula.
You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station, about 19 minutes by car (14.8 km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1h15 by car (100 km)

- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are welcome 🐾. We would simply ask you to ensure that the accommodation is left clean (faeces picked up and fur cleaned) to guarantee the comfort of future travellers.
