- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- There is always construction or community improvements happening in Port Aransas. Seasonal pests such as mosquitoes may be present despite professional pest control treatments.
- Parking in the driveway for 6 cars max. No parking passes required.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This VRBO was a great location and the hosts were very communicative and friendly. A few points that I didn’t leave 5 stars on are as follows:-Directions to locate the trash bin were unclear -The house was very dusty (floors left our feet looking black, layers of dust on side tables, baseboards, etc.)-The listing didn’t clearly articulate the setup of the house with the stairs being outside only. We had small children and had to rearrange ourselves as we didn’t feel comfortable putting kids to bed downstairs and leaving them to hang out upstairs with the rest of the family. This lead to less than ideal sleeping arrangements-The upstairs shower never got warm, we tried multiple different levels of turning the knob.-There weren’t enough towels to shower with, so many people had to share towels -The bunk bed had a pull out roller bed below the bottom bunk- it pulled out but did not push in due to broken slats hanging down with nails sticking out of them -The door locks and TV remote elements were not user friendly -The advertised beach access was about a 10 minute walk and was not doable with all our kids and items to carry- so we ended up driving to a different location All of these things did not severely impact our stay- nor did we reach out to get support for them as the time it would take to resolve all these issues would take time away from me spending time with family. So we didn’t communicate them right away- but they are note worthy.

House was as expected. Clean and everything functioned as it should. Location was great. 10 mins from Port Aransas and 15 minutes from Corpus Christi. Beach Access was close. Took us a few days to locate the onsite dumpster (at the entrance). The community pool was about 4 houses down from us. We had to clean in ourselves, lots of bugs and floaties, but we still had a great time after we got the junk out. The house was great for our family of 7 adults and 3 children.

Everything was absolutely beautiful!! We had a great stay, the air condition went off the last night so it got a bit hot but we enjoyed our stay. Recommend this place.
