Spacious, location, close to the beaches access near everything good location to Corpus Christi or staying in Port Aransas.

Nothing at all

Not much, it is not well maintained.

The house was not really “clean” the kitchen had food left from the previous stay on the stovetop, the drawers were cluttered and random and there were plastic containers with trapped water in them on the shelves in the kitchen. The code didn’t work for the front door so we had to wait well over an hour past check in to get a response from the property to get the correct code for the garage so we could get the keys for the door. The property is not maintained well at all, the back door has a rusted out deadbolt, the beds are creaky and very cheap. The whole house shakes when people go up and down stairs and you can feel it upstairs. The roadway into the “neighborhood” was not well maintained either. The trash cans for our unit were taken by what we are assuming was the city but no one had an explanation for where they went. There was a ton of trash left by the previous renters outside upon arrival.
