• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
• There is no direct beach access from the community. The nearest access road is about a 3-5-minute drive.

Pet-friendly, close to beach access roads for a short drive, onsite pool and hot tub not heated so water was cold, house stocked with every dish you could need but bring extra paper towels, coffee pot was a little on the fritz but it still worked

This home provided a wonderful place for our family of all ages to relax and enjoy time at the beach and together. So many thoughtful touches- comfortable nicely, decorated bedrooms; a fully stocked kitchen for larger gatherings; great seating spaces, indoors and out.

The Yellowfin was a good choice for my family of eight. There is no way to walk to the beach from the property, but It was only a 3 to 4 minute drive to the beach. The house is starting to show its age in some areas, but it was clean and smelled nice inside. The beds, linens, and furniture were clean and comfortable, the AC was cold, and everything functioned properly. Michael was a particularly gracious host, and answered all of my questions very promptly. If we return to Port A, we will consider staying at the Yellowfin again.
