3 story house built in 2005
Main Level:
You enter on the main level which is the second floor. The living, kitchen and dining areas are located here and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bath.
Third Floor:
Large master suite with a queen size bed and a huge bathroom complete with garden tub. Fourth bedroom, queen bed, is also on this floor with a full bathroom.
Downstairs:
5th bedroom is the Bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 6th bedroom with 2 queen beds. Laundry room is located here as well.
There are also 3 twin roll a ways in the home. There is a one car garage for your use. In the garage there are a few beach toys for you convenience. The home offers wireless internet and has a charcoal grill. There is a $100 pet fee that is non refundable.
Sleeps 16, excluding the 3 roll a ways, 12 dining seats, 1 car garage, but can fit at least 2 more cars in each of the two driveways. No street parking is allowed.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 15 people and with the layout of the house we never felt crowded. The beach was just a short walk from the house. Having access to the community pool was also nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans, dishes & utensils as we cooked several meals at the house during our stay. You do need to bring your own beach towels. The other towels are limited to one per person but there is a washer & dryer in the house so that was not a problem.

Felt like a a traditional home that has been used by many and can see minor wear and tear throughout the home. First night we spent was hot because of AC not working and was fixed about 8pm, it took all night to cool down and no one had sleep except the 1st floor were window units are installed. First day was wasted. We had to hangout at beach to cool down as we were all drenched in sweat. Also had to try to air out home, because when AC was fixed it started blowing a strong Pesticide or Laquer like odor. Odor continued strong until next afternoon. It made Cockroaches come out on main floor. It was embarrasing as I did have guest. Wifi was extremely choppy and could hardly watch Spurs Game. Door to upstairs bedroom will not close as it rubs against top frame, so had no privacy, master bathroom you can see through two doors that meet in the middle, and room is so bright by sun up before 7am, rooms needs thicker curtains. Living room TV should be bigger, had to use a projector to see. It was an ok place to stay if you dont mind those things but I never had to pay a high price to experience that before.
