Located in the new Mahi Bay neighborhood, you'll be about 8 blocks to the beach and less than 5 minutes to everywhere in Port Aransas.

Welcome to Tux "Sea" Do, your stunning black-and-white coastal getaway! This newly built, modern haven boasts stylish interiors and a private pool to elevate your stay in Port A.

With a fenced-in backyard and a spacious covered patio, there’s plenty of outdoor space for fun and relaxation. Soak up the sun in the poolside loungers and cool off with a dip in your private pool – an outdoor shower adds convenience when going from the beach to the pool. For a bit of shade, retreat to the comfortable outdoor seating area on the side patio, or head to the other side where a game of corn hole invites some friendly competition. The outdoor space is complete with a dining table for afternoon lunches and evening cocktails.

Inside, an open floor plan is perfect for spending quality time with your group. A sectional sofa and plush seating in the living room provide plenty of space for everyone. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek finishes and high-end stainless steel appliances. Grab a barstool seat at the island, or gather around the dining table. The entire living space is adorned with shiplap walls and chic, beachy accents so you can relax in style.

After a long day of seaside fun, four comfortable bedrooms await for you to relax and recharge. Two bedrooms each offer a king bed and ensuite bathroom for optimal privacy. The third bedroom also provides a king bed, while Bedroom 4 features a twin bunk bed and a full bunk bed, perfect for kids! In addition to the ensuites, a third full bathroom in the hallway features a double vanity and shower-tub combo. Each bedroom boasts a TV for added entertainment.

Welcome to Blutopia! This gorgeous, newly built beach house is where boho meets coastal. Open the door to discover a spacious living area that invites you to kick back and relax. The fully stocked kitchen with a center island and dining area has everything you need to prep, cook, and dine. You can't miss the show-stopping coffee bar! This space is perfect for family/friends to gather after a day at the beach.

Down the hall, you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while bedroom 2 features a queen bed and also has a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and the last bedroom is a bunk room with games, books, and fun.

Downstairs, Blutopia has an incredible outdoor space featuring a tiki bar with swing seats, a TV, grill, cornhole, and tons of lounge seating and dining spaces. Enjoy the patio area while grilling or chilling, watching the sunset, and feeling the sea breeze.

- Please be aware that these homes are not accessible by golf cart. Golf carts cannot be delivered or rented at these properties.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 24 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Tux "Sea" Do: Please note that the number of guests allowed in the pool at one time is 10 to 12.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Tux "Sea" Do: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Tux "Sea" Do: Guests must sign a hold harmless waiver for use of the bunk bed.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
