We loved that they had a large commercial grade fridge/freezer. And a smaller fridge for extra overflow. Love the space in the common area, which was enough to accommodate everyone that was staying on the property and they few family members that came in to celebrate a birthday party/engagement. Due to furniture and a table tennis table in the garage. Large vehicles were not able to fully park inside. The two wine coolers did not properly cool down any drinks placed inside. Temperature will not drop below 71. Overall, it was a very fun and wonderful location to stay in for the vacation. Will definitely suggest the location to others.

When booking I asked and was told that two rooms were on the first level. When we arrived that was not the case. So with grandparents that caused problems for our stay. Someone had to be at the house with them to assist them getting up and down from their room. They also got sore as the time went on and did not enjoy their stay as much. The sole reason we chose the location was the confirmation of two rooms on the first level. I messaged asking if they had any other homes available or a solution and received no response. The next day VRBO called me to confirm that I had been given false information, but ultimately did nothing to compensate my family. I’m not one to argue for a refund or ask for money back. Now going forward I will share this experience with others and caution them at using VRBO services. The home was overall clean and as pictured. Just know only a king size bed is on the lower level. Which is a great room and fine if you are aware and that is what you need.

We had a lovely stay. The home was spacious with great amenities. We celebrated our matriarch's 84th birthday and she had a wonderful time. The only negative issue....we had to kill a few roaches.

Good property for sleeping a large quantity of people with a seperate upstairs entrance and first floor entrance. Property is geared to sleeping a lot of people, especially kids. However, only one room is friendly to an adult couple with a king bed and private bath. Mattresses are box springs with no toppers or support and soft. Not a firm bed in the home. Also noisy with any movent while sleeping.The kitchen equipment shows wear and lacks organization in how items are stored, beyond plates and glasses. Huge dining table will accomodate 10 plus people for eating at a single table. However, not enough spoons/forks/knives to serve a larger group of people.Property is adjacent to pool and subject to "pool noise". Access to the beach is not necessarily hard, as most of Port A is accessible relatively easy by driving in car or golf cart. This is not a boardwalk / beachfront community. Property is responsive and the community is nice. Not sure if related issues are management or owner issues which brings the rating of the home to an ok place - just not what I was expecting.
