• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden inside the home, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway. Do not move the trash or recycling bins to the curb for collection. Trash service is handled for the property, and guests should leave the bins where they are.

The house was outstanding well stocked, very clean and most of all the rooms we well spread out for privacy. Very convenient to all the places we went. The hot tub was a great finish of the day. Not one complaint.

Cute house with lots of upstairs and downstairs patio space along with plenty of games. Close access to Beach Road 2 and a boardwalk from subdivision to the beach. This property is well outside Port Aransas around 11 miles but we preferred the slower, quieter neighborhood and not having to deal with all the golf carts now running around Port A. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with kitchen stuff. Nice driveways that fit all 4 of our trucks. Would definitely book this house again.

This was a very nice house. Walking distance to community pool which the grandkids loved! It also was walking distance to beach. Very nice broad walk to beach. Golf carts can also be driven across the broad walk to the beach. It is a nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here. Grandkids loved all the games they provided.
