This beautiful villa with private pool in Puglia is situated in stunning countryside outside of Monopoli. You will find yourself in a peaceful setting with the coast and fine sandy beaches no more than 10 km away.
Outside, you can relax around the beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 6 mt) with sun loungers The pool is approx. 20 metres from the villa and is reached via a path in the garden. Inside, the villa is spacious with plenty of space and since there are no stairs, it is suitable for families with small children.
The property has a private parking space and a football and beach volley field.
The very spacious villa consists of a lovely living room with a glass mezzanine with a matrimonial bedroom and sky window pours light throughout this clean and spacious unit.
