About this villa rental

The property consists of three bedrooms, one of which is characteristic of the trullo, a second double bedroom and a bedroom with three beds; a kitchen / living room with a corner sofa and fireplace; two bathrooms with shower. In the double room, on request, you can add the cot that is available. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.
Natural gas heating.
Outside there is a large pergola for your moments of relaxation or your outdoor dining, a private swimming pool, a barbecue and a garden with ancient olive trees. Ample parking for cars. It is completely fenced with independent entrance and gate with intercom.

As listed, a perfect place to stay for visiting all the amazing places in the area.Very clean, check in process excellent with the caretaker of the property. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Nice stay in this house near Castellana Grotte. Great to cool off in the pool. Swift and friendly communication with owner and house keeper.
