Beautiful first-floor apartment in a charming hamlet on the Montechiaro Estate, located along the white roads of the Eroica. The unit includes two bedrooms (one double and one convertible twin/double), one bathroom, a living room, a dining room-kitchen with a large fireplace, and a private outdoor area with table and chairs. Perfect for 1-4 guests or larger groups when combined with our Torre Villa. Tastefully decorated and full of character, with dedicated bicycle storage available.

The apartment is tastefully furnished with charming, characteristic pieces and great attention to detail. The bathroom is newly renovated and features a modern shower, while the kitchen blends contemporary design with tradition, seamlessly integrated into the original space with its historic fireplace. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets for added comfort.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the apartment offers a private outdoor area with a table and chairs, reserved exclusively for guests. The Montechiaro Estate is nestled along the scenic white roads of Siena and the renowned Eroica cycling route, making it an ideal destination for those who enjoy biking or walking through breathtaking landscapes of vineyards and olive groves.
Situated at the heart of our family-owned farm, where both the winery and olive mill are located, the estate offers a variety of immersive experiences. Guests can enjoy wine and olive oil tastings by reservation, as well as horseback riding, cooking classes, truffle hunting, and curated dinners.
For those eager to explore the rich cultural heritage of the region, the estate provides easy access to renowned destinations such as Val d’Orcia, with its picturesque towns of Pienza and Montalcino, the charming villages of the Chianti Classico region, and, of course, the historic city of Siena. The apartment is 7km from Siena. The nearest supermarket is 6km away (Carrefour) or you can shop at the Pianella convenience store, 2.5km away, where you can find a pharmacy, a tobacconist and an ATM. Within 5 km there are 5 restaurants available. More information upon request.

The apartment has a safe bike reception shared with another apartment where you can keep up to 10 bicycles equipped with basic tools, presser, battery-powered outlets, and water for cleaning.
During the cold months heating is not included and costs €40 per day.
