About this villa rental
Independent house in an ancient village of the '900, located 10 km from the center of Siena (15 minutes by car).
Just renovated with quality materials and furniture, fully furnished and with a lot of charm!
Composed of 1 double bedroom with large walk-in closet, 1 small bedroom on the upper floor with single bed, 2 bathrooms, one complete with large shower and the other equipped with sink, toilet and washing machine, kitchen (consisting of dishwasher, oven ventilated electric, hood, large fridge) and large living room.
The house is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, oven, dish cloths, sheets and towels, dish soap and body soap, hair dryer.
In the upper floor there is a space for relaxation with a small room equipped with a bed. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a TV.
Termocamino, fully heated ground, antique terracotta and exposed beams.

Beautiful terrace on Chianti and other spaces inside the court.
The house is independent and is located inside an ancient courtyard and has 2 independent entrances.

My home will love you for intimacy, breathtaking views, scents, silence of nature, unforgettable sunsets, a location that allows you to make wonderful walks on both foot and bicycle, detail in the care of the renovation, which Makes a very comfortable environment.
My accommodation is suitable for couples with or without children and also for lonely adventurers.
It is the ideal place to visit wineries and make high-level tastings. You can take beautiful walks on horseback.
Spend a day in the marvelous Terme di Rapolano, visit Siena, which will fascinate you. In addition, you can go and explore the sculptures of Pievasciata and listen to music concerts held in the woods during the summer months with a subsequent aperitif.
In addition, for enthusiasts, you can take cooking lessons "with Nonna Ciana at the Agriturismo Le Pietre Vive di Monteaperti", a few kilometers away from Jino House. It will be a unique experience, where you can prepare typical and authentic Italian lunches or dinners, to be repeated later in your own country. Jino house will also offer you evocative sunsets, unforgettable silences of nature, unique colors throughout the year, as well as the fact that you can meet hares and beautiful fawns.

I'm 72, and I can't say enough about what a wonderful stay I had at the Jino House. It seems like the perfect location. 20 minutes from Siena, and the train station in Siena, so that I could easily make daytrips by bus or train to Pisa, and Florence. The trains and buses were very easy to navigate.
The house is darling, and has all the amenities you need to live comfortably. The view outside of the gated courtyard was spectacular.
I stayed for a month! My hosts, Patrizia and her mother Alberta were amazing hosts, and now amazing friends. They helped me discover all of the most interesting and beautiful towns, villages, wineries around Tuscany. There's so much to do and see. They left a very good list of restaurants and wineries, with descriptions, and price ranges. I went to many restaurants and places on their list. I would not have seen nearly as much without their advice and help, and because I was alone, they always made sure I was home safe.
Thank you Patrizia and Alberta. You made my retirement trip everything I hoped for. I'll never forget you or Tuscany, and leave with a warm and happy heart.

(I did rent a care the entire time I was here. You can taxi back and forth to Siena for about 30 euro each way, but if you want to see Tuscany in all it's glory, I do think you need to have a car)

Thank you for a perfect stay in a delightful place! We used our stay there as a base for exploring Siena and the Chianti region and it was great for that!

Location a long way from shops (11 miles), descriptions of house not accurate, is not detached, not new conversion. Tripping hazard in kitchen area (step down to well), very uncomfortable dining chairs, two-seater sofa is only soft seating, odd mix of bits of crockery, cups/saucers don't fit, lots of useless clutter in kitchen, dreadful damaged cooking pots/pans. Height restrictions and cramped quarters upstairs, no electric kettle as advertised (but provided on request) shower not thermostatically controlled. Taps on bidet very slow. Owner tried to charge €20 per day if heating used. Wood-fire with wood provided, comfortable bed.
