Wonderful house ideal to enjoy with the family. Located in the monumental center of Seville, enjoy each of the oldest stories of the city.
This comfortable and luminous Sevillian house is ideal to enjoy it in family, since it has a capacity for 6 people. It has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Its spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, TV and wi-fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to use it whenever you need it.
It also has two fully equipped bathrooms with everything you need to relax after an intense day of sightseeing.
It has central heating and air conditioning, to make your arrival home a pleasant and relaxing moment.

This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment
PETS ON REQUESTYou must always ask and inform us beforehand of the breed and age of your pet. We will accept your pet, depending on the breed, size and age of your pet and will apply a small supplement per day.Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.
NO smoking in the apartment and common areas
SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.
Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt
Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music
Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.

The location allowed us to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The place was quaint - lots of character. Our family of four was very comfortable there. Enjoyed our stay in Seville!
