This stylish duplex apartment has been carefully renovated and furnished with high-quality materials and custom-designed furniture made exclusively for this space.

Upon entering, you will find an independent, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, comfortable living room featuring a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a separate bathroom. From the living room, you can access a charming private patio—cool and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.

At one end of the living room, stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms share a full independent bathroom and a large dressing room for clothes and other belongings.

Located on Madrid Street, one of the best areas in central Seville, just steps from Plaza Nueva and the City Hall, and very close to the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar.

The neighborhood offers a wide variety of traditional Sevillian bars to enjoy delicious tapas, numerous restaurants serving authentic Andalusian cuisine, as well as supermarkets and shops of all kinds.
