Duplex with 2 bedrooms and private terrace, located next to Plaza Magdalena and just a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Second floor, without elevator.
The apartment is distributed on 2 different levels. On the lower floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The upper floor also features a double bedroom (140 x 200cm) with direct access onto the private terrace. Plants and garden furniture, plus two deck chairs make this an ideal space for relaxing.
The property is situated in a narrow pedestrian street, which is quiet and peaceful. Just a few steps away are the city centre's most popular shopping streets: Sierpes and Tetuán.
Important: staircase to access the upper level not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.

Fantastic location. Host met us promptly for checkin. The upstairs bedroom has VERY steep stairs going to it, so be aware if you have small children or mobility issues. Unit was very clean and worked well for us

The location of this apartment is perfect. It was clean and the property manager met all of our requests. I would recommend this to anyone that has 2-4 people in their party. The two beds are full size.

Directions to nearest mercado would be helpful! Difficult to find when no one understands your enquiry.Great location.Be warned- noise travels here…so no loud arguments with your spouse!

The apartment is perfectly placed in the old town. Markus very kindly let us in early as we arrived on an early flight.It was a rather 'corporate ' apartment and somehow felt a little unloved and could have done with a refresh. The only problem we had was that drains in the bathroom smelled bad but that may well have involved something to do with the whole block rather than the particular apartment. This is why i have gone with good rather than excellent.
