Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Great location. A little noisy from nearby restaurants and bars but white noise in phone helped a lot. Apartment is as it is described. Very comfortable for our family of 4. I was freaked out when I saw a couple bugs coming out from under the washing machine. Don’t want to think about what they were! This place worked well for us.

We loved everything about the experience, beginning with the management. They are extremely attentive, communicative and friendly. The even told us to come in early due to the Semana Santa crowds. The apartment was great for 2 couples with bedrooms at opposite ends of the living room. The furnishings very comfortable. The location….UNBEATABLE. Between 2 Carrefour markets a block in either direction and restaurants in abundance and sights/monuments very close. Would only stay here if at all possible on a return trip.
