Très bon emplacement très central, 5 minutes à pied de la plupart des attractions de la ville, restaurants et commerces proches. Appartement bien décoré, très propre, terrasse avec très bonne vue sur Giralda, idéale pour prendre un verre en soirée. Parties communes très propres, ascenseur, immeuble calme, climatisation, hôte répondant aux questions dans l'heure.
Rien de grave, petits détails faciles à corriger: éclairage du rooftop en panne, pas de four à Micro-ondes, un seul jeu de clés. L'appartement étant sur deux niveaux avec un escalier assez raide, ne conviendra pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
