The property was once an ocean-front inn and has been thoughtfully converted into charming condos, beautifully updated and decorated for a fresh, welcoming feel. Unit 201/202 offers the best of both worlds with a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite featuring a full kitchen and living area, plus an additional 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio space. Ideal for families or small groups, each bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a set of bunks with a private en suite bath. **Please note:** Adults are not allowed on the top bunks.
The second-floor location provides peace and privacy, along with unbeatable views of the heated pool and sparkling ocean, making it the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves. Keep in mind that, as a second-floor unit, there is no elevator access, so it’s not suitable for those with mobility challenges.
The heated pool is a fantastic perk, complete with a baby pool for the little ones. And, being an end unit, you get the most spectacular ocean views in the building!

- Non-assigned parking is available both in front of the building and across the street.
- Units 201 & 202 can be rented separately if you only need a 1-bedroom, 1-bath accommodation.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay! It was a perfect spot to host our two families together with great views of the sunrise on the beach. We could walk down to the beach for fun or stay at the pool all day. Our kids loved the adjoining units and pool to play in! We would love to visit again in the future!

This is my second time staying and first with both units. I still love this place and enjoy the views. The location is perfect with access to so much within an hour. The units are clean and have everything you need for your stay. Whether it’s a day in or a fun day at the beach or pool, these are perfect for your family and friends.

This was our 2nd annual stay at Coastal Waters. The 3 of us were college roommates, and this is the perfect place for our beach reunion! We can’t wait to get back there next summer. It’s such a cute place, and we love it! Instructions are clear and everything you need is right there for you. Thank you, Lindsay! You’re terrific and we love your place!!
