"All Decked Out NSB" Ocean Views, Private Fenced Yard, BBQ, Bikes, Beach toys

Incredible location and perfect for our family of six. The house had everything we needed to make for a great stay, even on the cooler days. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating.The proximity to the beach was ideal for full beach days, with the house close enough to run back for a quick lunch or break before heading right back to the sun and waves. We especially enjoyed taking the bikes out in the evenings to explore the area. The beach cart is probably our favorite amenity we fished everyday and it made it so easy to haul our gear. It’s the perfect distance from the bustle of Flagler, quiet and relaxing, yet still close enough for an easy stroll. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house has everything you need. Great communication with host. Walk to beaches. Bikes not really useful because chains are rusted. But overall great stay.

We make the trip to New Smyrna Beach each spring break. We typically stay in a condo but because we wanted to bring our family dog, we decided to look for a house near where our friends were staying.This home is in a perfect location on the non-driving end of the beach. Even though we were not on the beach, the main floor level is on the second floor and there is clearing allowing a nice view of the ocean. The home has been heartfully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is fully outfitted and provides plenty of space to store your own food during your stay. The bedrooms upstairs were roomy with their own private baths.The backyard can be safely accessed through the garage on the first floor, and it is fenced in so it's very safe. There are tons of beach extras and bikes in the garage for use, so you don't have to load your car down with these items. I would highly recommend this nice beach home in a perfect location at New Smyrna Beach. There is also plenty of parking if you have multiple cars or friends coming over for a day visit.
