Both are available to rent individually or at the same time as a large group.

The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The house is nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable and all appliances are clean and working. We loved the quick walk to the beach! We wished we had more options in cookware and mixing bowls since we did a lot of meals at the house, but were able to get by with what was provided. The grill worked great! It was great to have the option of dog friendly since my daughter could not find adequate care for her dog over the holidays. It was nice to have groceries nearby and there was enough provision of toilet paper and paper towels for the first 2 days. Our family enjoyed our time here and will definitely keep it in mind for another trip!

Great communication before and during the stay. All went smoothly and the place was spotless, super clean. Lots of nice amenities and the location suited our stay for this group.Everything worked great and we had a blast for our Christmas get-to-gather. Thanks so much!

Everything was wonderful! The doggo had a great time and everyone was super comfortable during our stay. Any issue we had the host was so quick to resolve. Including getting us a new wine opener that matched the theme of the property. Overnight! I would come back to New Smyrna Beach just to stay here again. This was also our first Vrbo stay and the host was so gracious in helping us navigate. I cannot say enough good things.
