Summary:
Very unique, fully renovated water front condo, offering 2 oversized en-suites, and direct beach access! Strategically located about 400 yards south of Flagler AVE, in the highly sought-after Coronado in New Smyrna Beach. We acquired this 1500sf unit with our family enjoyment in mind, no expenses were spared, using all high-end finishings, furniture, appliances, and bedding linens. Just the perfect location, everything within walking distance.

The Space:
This duplex condo beach paradise was professionally decorated, making it stylish yet very cozy, offering perks you would only find in a high-end hotel. The first floor offers a well equipped kitchen with brand new full size appliances, dining table with seating for 5, spacious counter top with seating for 3, a beautiful living room, and a half bath. The second level of this rare ocean beauty features, two oversized en-suite rooms, with a split floor plan configuration, both of them offering a king size bed, and a daybed with a pull-out bed underneath, the king size beds fitted with Simmons/Serta hospitality mattresses, and premium all white linens. Full size new washer and dryer, a true rare finding in the area, as most condos only offer shared laundries. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 70" Samsung smart tvs, we also bring the latest in gaming entertainment with a PlayStation 5 connected to the living room tv. The spacious wrap-around balcony, fully functional with a hightop table, comfortable outdoor bench, portable JBL Bluetooth boombox, and and electric Weber grill to make it the perfect package. We also make it available beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella for guests.

Every year, endangered sea turtles emerge from the surf at night to lay their eggs in the dry
sand. It is illegal to touch or disturb the turtles, their nests, and dune habitat. Let the night provide the light
You can help nesting sea turtles and hatchlings.
• Keep drapes and blinds closed after dark.
• Turn off balcony lights when not in use.
• Move lamps and fixtures away from windows.
• Avoid using flash photography and flashlights while on the beach at night.
• If you see a sea turtle at night, keep at least 50 feet away from it and remain calm and quiet.
• Fireworks are prohibited on the beach at all
times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The host was excellent with communication from start to finish and made everything so easy. The home was perfect for our family of four and our two dogs. It truly had everything we needed and felt so comfortable and welcoming.We especially appreciated all of the thoughtful, high-end touches throughout the home — even down to the brand-name toilet paper! You can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests’ experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-stocked, and family-friendly getaway with-in walking distance to Flagler Ave and the beach.

The one negative thing I would say is that the HOA board lady is very rude. We have a service animal and she rudely said that they are not allowed in the pool or on the grounds. She told us we should read the sign however the sign was not there. She could have been much kinder in her deliverance but she chose to be rude. The condo itself was wonderful.
