About this apartment rental

The building is located directly on the Wybrzeże Wladyslawa IV Quay and is parallel to Grunwaldzka Street, d. H. to the center of Świnoujście. All apartments are designed so that the effective glazing and balconies facing south are directed overlooking the mouth of the Swine and the harbor. The ground floor has a commercial and service function (solarium, restaurant, supermarket, etc.). The building has a lift, cable TV and parking is located at the back of the building.

WW14:
A sunny two-room apartment on the third floor, with a south-facing balcony from which a beautiful view of the mouth of the Swine and the harbor spreads. It consists of a bright and spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, oven, 4 ring electric stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom with bath, toilet and Washing machine. From the living room, which includes a comfortable sofa 130x210cm, a dining table with four chairs, a coffee table, TV and a TV shelf, you can go out on a furnished balcony. The windows are facing south. At guests' disposal is DVB-TV, CD player and WLAN. A free public car park is located at the back of the building and nearby.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
