Incredible rustic country house with private swimming pool and garden in the beautiful village of Calvià, with capacity for up to 6 people in three bedrooms. The house has all the appliances you may need for fantastic holidays.
In the exterior of the estate, you can relax by the swimming pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and fields with fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, parking and rest area are located just in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you will be able to enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.
The place
This fantastic house is located in a small idyllically situated village on the outskirts of Calvià, with direct access to the famous Tramuntana mountains. Ideal site for cycling trips, trekking, hiking, etc.
IMPORTANT: essential to rent a car to enjoy your holiday at this accommodation as it is located in a remote location.
Accommodation Rules
It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the property. Non-compliance with this rule will result in a financial penalty.
Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa throughout the entire stay.
Guests shall be responsible for the waste generated, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before departure.
A responsible use of air conditioning and heating is required, and they must be switched off whenever one is not inside the villa.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or disruptive behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately expel all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to reimbursement, and furthermore proceeding to retain the deposit.

This property feels like it’s in the heart of the country, yet it is still conveniently located. It’s a wonderful escape, but with all the benefits of the SW of the island still within easy reach.

Very clean and orderly lodging. The owner of house has always been available for any our question also previously to our arrival, The house is well furnished, in fact there is towels, sheets, toilet paper and all of this that it serves for using the washer.The swimming pool is clean, every day arrives a man that cleans it. The position of the house is good if it has him a car, 10 minutes from Magaluf and 25 from Palma. There is however a small problem of ants that they often enter house. overall however the lodging is perfect for the one who wants to relax in the nature and at the same time to be next to the cities and to the beach.
Thanks of heart for the hospitality it is everything perfect however there is to resolve the problem of the ants that they enter house.
