All rooms of the tastefully furnished Mallorcan dream villa benefit from the south-facing orientation. Here, too, the hillside location is an absolute advantage, as both the open-plan living and dining area with kitchen and the majority of the bedrooms have ground-level access to the paved terraces. The interior design style of the villa is a beautiful blend of country house and modern purism. Design and function go hand in hand in this elegant yet cosy family home. Comfort includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a cosy fireplace and a Smart TV in the living area as well as the fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. As each bedroom has its own bathroom with a modern design, eight adults can comfortably spend a relaxing holiday together.
The house was recently fitted with a new air-to-water heat pump for heating and hot water, which is controlled centrally in heating mode via a thermostat in the dining room. The individual rooms can be set individually using thermostats on the radiators. The additionally installed photovoltaic system with battery storage for power generation and the heat pump have made the house even more sustainable.
Casa de Sa Tanca, which can be rented all year round, leaves nothing to be desired and also impresses with its high standards of location and design. Simply marvellous and yet within reach!
The modern pool villa Casa de Sa Tanca with its fascinating hillside location lies in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains. The peaceful village of Galilea offers a perfect retreat and yet is only around half an hour away from Palma. The beautiful holiday home is enthroned in a prime location within an urbanisation close to the village centre. There are two local restaurants and tapas bars in Galilea. Puigpunyent is approx. 4 km away for shopping. For the market, drive to Calvià, Andratx or other beautiful mountain villages. The drive to the sandy beaches in the west of the island takes around 30 minutes.
