*After making your reservation, you will receive all communications through the platform where you made your reservation.
*Payment of the deposit and online check-in are required to gain access to the accommodation.
*KEY PICKUP WILL TAKE PLACE DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOMMODATION.
*Three days before your arrival (provided the deposit payment and check-in have been completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation’s key box.
*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used starting on the official check-in date and time indicated in your reservation.
*On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the key box before 10:00 a.m.
*No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
*Between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., silence is mandatory, and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbors is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc., are not permitted)
*Under the Sierra de Tramuntana fire safety law, outdoor fires are prohibited from March 1 through October 31; therefore, the barbecue may not be used, and the fireplace is purely decorative.
*Pets allowed upon request
*There are inactive motion sensors inside the property
*Please keep the kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects
*Important: Due to the house’s location and depending on the season, there may be insects. Slow Villas provides a kit of products so you can enjoy your stay without any inconvenience.
