The house is very well equipped, the backyard is calm and peaceful. All rooms have air condition. You do need a car to get in town or take the bus. Parking was always available in front of the house.

It's a nice house if you prefer a very quiet neighborhood. If you're not only going to stay at home, you better need a (rental) car because beaches, shops and cafes/restaurants are pretty far away.
The house is very well equipped, you have everything for your stay. The host is very friendly and helpful.

This charming house is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the beach in Santa Ponsa and 30 minutes from Palma .The owner Maria was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay, which we loved. Would very much recommend, thank you for a lovely holiday!
