About this villa rental
Peaceful Location but with the added benefit of all amenities on the door step
Situated in the south west of Mallorca with a quiet and tranquil setting but being conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the beach, golf course, bars, clubs and restaurants. The villa has been furnished to an exceptional standard right down to the very last detail, with it's own private enclosed sub-tropical gardens also boasting an exotic swimming pool. This is a sought after villa for families and golfers or anyone who is looking for that luxury holiday.
Bedroom 1 with a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 with a double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with bunk beds. There are also 2 spare fold away beds.
En-suite to bedroom 1 with large tiled walk in shower, double basin and wc.
Family bathroom has a walk in shower, double basin and wc all fully tiled.
There is also a shower, basin and wc by the pool.
Cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle. All utensils, plates, glasses etc have been hand chosen to compliment the villa.
Large lounge/diner with a dining table, seating 8. Sofa´s and chairs to lounge area. Large hd lcd tv with sky. Dvd and stereo. Quality furnishings throughout plus mirrors, plants and tables. Patio doors to cover terrace and garden.
Strictly non smoking, however smoking outside is acceptable. There are 2 fold out beds which can be arranged in any bedroom, cots/high chairs can be hired locally. Electric gates with private parking ideally suited for golfers as parking is secure. The orientation of the villa means there is sunshine all day in the outside gardens.
There are many beach toys in the villa.
In the living room there is a special place where children can play and hide from the sun.
The house is located in a very pleasant neighbourhood, on the other side of the road there is a very well stocked supermarket, close to the many bars and restaurants where you can taste Argentine, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, American cuisine.
Opposite the property, there is a bar where they serve English and Spanish breakfasts.
The main square is 500m away where you can find Irish, English and Spanish bars. There is also live music and plenty of kids entertainment such as mini disco, gaming machines and a mini carousel.
The taxi stand is located at the square also, but you can order a taxi from home if you prefer (the number is in the welcome book).
The intimate beach is a 5 minute walk away, where you will also find a cosy beach bar to relax and watch the sunset.
The property has been renovated and slightly changed after the 2021 season. Our guests in the upcoming season will be able to enjoy the new design.
Our beautiful large swimming pool is finally heated, so we invite you to make reservations for fall and winter season.

A short walk to local beaches and restaurants, well located for cycling in the southern Tramuntana. The heated pool is a great touch. Lots of outdoor space. Convenient, private parking.

Fantastic holiday amazing Villa great location
Loads of restaurant's bars and shops open till late
Did have a little trouble with address on arrival
Three attempts with driver of transport
And although apparently i had been send instruction of how to access i did not receive then until internet connected once in villa bit stressful for myself had to call host late was a little hard to contact that late but all sorted didnt get to meet host either.
Great holiday though will be back to stay again i hope so nice to have pool no one else can use cool

The check in and information passed from Lidia was excellent. The interior of the house and the terrace are lovely. We felt secure in the house and enjoyed the terrace and the house very much.
Unfortunately we had not realised that one of the bedrooms is completely separate from the main house, and has not got an en suite bathroom, meaning someone was away from the rest of the family and had to have their own keys and also exit their bedroom in the night if they needed the bathroom. With a family of teenage / 20 year old girls this was not a popular choice.
The pool was uncomfortably cold, if the kids were young and unable to get warm through doing lengths, we would not have been able to use the pool. The shadow caused by the terrace means the pool only has 20% of sun for a couple of hours in the morning, not enough to heat the pool and it meant those who wanted to sunbathe were on a different floor to those who were brave enough to swim. This was a real shame and we would not stay again as a result.
The oven door is broken which made cooking at home a bit of a pain, though the local area had some nice restaurants & we made use of those.
All in all a nice house but the layout was tricky for us.
