This charming villa just 800 metres from Estellencs offers a privileged setting to enjoy Mallorca. With capacity for up to 10 people, the house features 5 bedrooms, spacious outdoor areas and views of the sea and mountains.
The house has a private swimming pool, garden and a spacious 100 m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors or enjoying the views. Inside, the living room features air conditioning, fireplace and Smart TV, whilst all bedrooms have ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable stay during the warmer months.
The independent kitchen, equipped with a gas cooker, has everything necessary to prepare meals during your stay: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

A wonderful tranquil place with beautiful views and sunsets, a very tasteful Interieur which appears to be even bigger than shown on the pictures. All in all an amazing place!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt zu zehnt. Das Haus ist für zehn Personen bestens geeignet. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet, dafür aber insgesamt stimmig. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Berge und Meer. Um das Haus herum leben Ziegen und Esel. Nur bei der Ausstattung im Haus könnte man an verschiedenen Stellen noch etwas nachrüsten (z. B. mehr als ein Duschhandtuch pro Person, Föhn, Mülleimer in den Bädern, Liegeauflagen für die Liegen am Pool,...). Insgesamt definitiv zu empfehlen.
