Just 50 meters from the splendid sandy beach of Biodola, reachable by a small road to be covered on foot. The apartment is located in a quiet location, ideal for a family stay or for a relaxing holiday.
The property has a large terrace with a wonderful sea view and private access to the beach. The strong point of the apartment, in addition to the splendid windows in the living room that make it bright and welcoming, with a splendid view of the Gulf of Biodola, is certainly the private parking space, an essential service for the area.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Apartment 6/8 beds (about 100 sqm)
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building and consists of a large room with 2 single sofas and a double sofa bed; kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, induction burners, electric oven and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, bathroom with shower and sink; bathroom with toilet, bidet and washing machine; to top it all off a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea.
Important Notes:
- the guaranteed parking space of the property is only one, therefore customers traveling with 2 cars will have to independently search for the second parking space nearby

- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
